Mike's Movement Challenge!

Mike shows you a quick movement challenge that you can either do alone, or with a partner!

Grab a stick or broom handle, and place it so it's balancing on your fingers or palm. Whilst balancing the stick, try to sit down and stand up without the stick falling off. This sounds easy, but it definitely isn’t!

Grab a partner and challenge them to give this a go!

Stay active, have fun, and enjoy moving!
