Test Your Core Control and Don't Get Wet!

So you can smash out those Sit Ups and Russian Twists with no problem in the gym; but can you perform these exercises under control? Well Dave puts this to the test today as he takes you through 3 simple core exercises that will test your core control. Key tip here: Don't get wet!

The added stimulus of holding a pot filled with water whilst completing the exercises adds a whole new level of stability and intensity as you aim to control each rep. Failure to remain under control will mean that you spill the water and get yourself wet!

The Exercises:

Complete 5 Rounds

20 Seconds Work x 10 Seconds Rest

- Russian Twists
- Straight Arm Sit Up
- Seated Butterfly Pulse

Remember, don't get wet!
