Partner Outdoor Session - Stair Sprints
Rise and shine, it's stair sprint time!! Gina has her little training buddy - Jacob, back with her today as they tackle a local village legend- The Stairs of Doom! Many tales of have been told over the centuries, of even the fittest of people being defeated by these steps, but that's not going to put these two off getting their work out done!
Anaerobic training such as this and other HIIT workouts are a simple, quick and effective way to train. The benefits feed into other areas of your health and fitness too which is a massive bonus!
Its as simple as this-
- Find some steps.
- Take turns to do 1 x Stair sprint.
- Your rest is while the other person has their go.(60-90 seconds) Your focus should be on maximum power and speed to get up the stairs as fast as you possibly can.
- Repeat x 10
