Pump Up Those Legs with Gina!

So I expect a lot of our members are pretty happy they succumbed to the Aldi or Lidl middle aisle in the past few weeks and are lucky enough to have some form of kit! If this is you, here’s a quick lower body workout out you can do with just one dumbbell and one kettlebell that will give you an awesome leg pump.

Warm up:
2 rounds of...
-20 squats
-10 walk outs
-10 lunge twists
-20 lunges

Main Session:
1- DB Goblet squats 5 x max reps
90 seconds rest between sets

2-DB Split squats 4 x max reps (each leg)
1 min rest between sets

3a-KB swings x20
3b-KB Overhead walking lunges x20
3c-KB Squat to high pull x20
3d-KB single arm thruster x20 (10 each arm)
Do 3 times through with 1 min rest.

4- 200 air squats for time
