Tabata 1 - Core

This is the first in a series of 20 minute Tabata workouts brought to you by Gina. Tabata is a quick and simple ‘20 sec on / 10 sec off’ way of training and all workouts will require no kit at all! Bonus! Today's focus is on core exercises.
Each Tabata workout goes like this; Exercise 1- 20sec on / 10 sec off x 8 (4min total). 1 min rest and then move onto exercise 2. Repeat for all 4 exercises.

Tabata 1 - Core

1- Straight leg crunch
2- Rolling plank
3- Single - leg glute bridge (swap legs each set)
4- Side plank pulse (swap sides each set)
