Run Dave Run!

Here Dave drops a running workout that is great as fitness test or just a decent cardio blow out! You are going to need a timer, some cones/markers and some lungs! The idea is that the fitter you are, the closer the markers will be to each other. Don't worry if they are spread out though, keep coming back to this workout and watch your fitness improve each session! Give it a try alone or with a buddy for morale and most importantly, have fun!

The workout -
- 5 x 40 second max effort run / 80 sec rest
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Repeat!
