Heel/Foot Pain? Try These Exercises To Relieve Pain!

At some point in our lives we have probably all experienced this issue. It isn't an overly nice experience and can often stop you from being able to train, walk, or do a range of other simple tasks. It's one of the most common causes of pain in the foot, and is known as Plantar Fasciitis. Tammy takes you through how to begin treating this issue by demonstrating some exercises you can do at home, and aims to relieve the pain and get your foot back to feeling good!

The Exercises:

- Ball Roll Foot Massage x 60 Seconds
- Kneeling Toe Tuck Sit Back Stretch x 10 Seconds On / 10 Seconds Off
- Foot Pressure Through Towel Stretch (Walk Over if Possible) x 60 Seconds or 10 Steps

Remember to start easy! The inflamed tendons will most probably be super sensitive, so be extra careful when beginning to put pressure through the affected foot.

We hope this helps!
