Full Body HIIT Pyramid

If you are looking for a full body training session but have no kit, look no further! We have you covered with this tasty HIIT workout that pushes your whole body hard and will no doubt be leaving you in a sweaty heap on your living room floor!

The Exercises:
1. Squat Thruster
2. Full Pike
3. Squat Jump
4. Press Up
5. Seated Knee Hug
6. Mountain Climber

How It Works:
1) Complete the first exercise for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Then, complete the 1st and 2nd exercise before resting for 30 seconds. Then, complete the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd exercises before resting for 30 seconds. Keep repeating this process until you complete all 6 exercises for 30 seconds on each to total 3 minutes of non-stop work!

2) Rest for 3 minutes.

3) Repeat the process as above, but starting with the 6th exercise and working back down to the 1st exercise!
