Feeling Tight? Have A Stretch with Tammy!
If you are anything like Tammy, you have been spending a lot of time cycling, running, and doing odd jobs around the house to keep yourselves busy! This may have resulted in you becoming tight and beginning to notice those little niggles around your hips and shoulders starting to show up again. Nightmare. Luckily, we have Tammy on hand to take you through a simple stretch that hits all of these areas in one!
Start with the first exercise, and once you feel comfortable enough to move on to the more difficult exercises, then do so. You will notice as you progress through each exercise, that the stretch is a lot deeper - so be sure to take your time and build into it.
The Exercises:
- Tabletop Stretch (Wrists on table!) x 30-40 Seconds
- Tabletop Stretch with Kickback x 30-40 Seconds
- Tabletop Stretch with Kickback and hold x 30-40 Seconds
Repeat these daily or until you feel you have regained movement and mobility in the affected areas.
