Blast Your Core With This AMRAP Workout!
This workout is perfect to smash out after you've been for a run, or completed your own weights session. Your muscular endurance is going to be tested as your core muscles are put through a pretty tough 5 minutes of focused, non-stop core work!
As some of you may not have done Rockers before; the aim here is to place your elbows onto your knees and squeeze tight so that when you rock back and forth, your elbows stay in contact with your knees at all times! Sounds simple, but can you do it?
AMRAP 5:
Single Leg Pike (Left) x 10
Side Plank Pulse (Left) x 10
Single Leg Pike (Right) x 10
Side Plank Pulse (Right) x 10
Rockers x 10
Rest x 2 Minutes
Repeat*
