Tammy is an approachable, experienced Sports Therapist with over 12 years’ experience in both professional sporting environments as well as clinical roles. She has extensive experience in working with sporting injuries from the initial diagnosis right through to the return to play in multiple sporting disciplines.

She has developed and studied over the last 5 years to incorporate the complex nature of musculoskeletal pain conditions, with an avid interest in developing exercise rehabilitation for specific health conditions. She is now in her final year of a master’s degree focused on Pain Science and Management at Keele University.

Whether you are a sports person, lead an active lifestyle or have a pain condition that you are living with, Tammy will use a range of approaches from hands on treatment combined with developing movement and exercise for overall health and wellbeing.
