Descending Dumbbell Ladder Workout
Ben throws you a nice little metabolic conditioning workout for today that in theory should get easier as it goes on... but does it?
The concept with this is simple. Start at the top. Race to the bottom. A descending ladder means that the rep scheme gets less and less through each round that you complete. Eventually you will finish when there are no more reps to complete because you are at the bottom! Mission accomplished.
Make sure you are focused on this workout because once you get through those first few rounds, fatigue will start to hit you, then the less reps don't seem so easy! You’ll have to push hard to finish this one in a good time!

- Dumbbell Alternating Snatch x 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
- Dumbbell Thrusters x 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
