Lower Body and Core Workout

Dave is up to take you through a short and sharp workout today that hits your legs and core! Lets get straight into it!

This session focuses a lot on your squatting form. As the round progresses, you will be forced to increase your power output gradually until you are jumping. Once that fatigue sets in, you will be surprised how quickly those squats become difficult!

Complete 3-5 Rounds of:

Air Squats x 20 Seconds
Scissor Kicks x 20 Seconds
Squat to Toes x 20 Seconds
Circular Knee Hugs x 20 Seconds
Squat Jump x 20 Seconds
Rest x 20 Seconds
