Max-out Power EMOM

It's a dull, rainy day in the Bargent household, but that's not going to stop him from getting his workout done! In his session today, the focus is on power and working until failure. The aim is to complete as many rounds as possible until you can no longer do anymore reps. Brutal!
Dave has set a target for you to complete 6-10 rounds. Can you do even more??

EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute)-
- 6 x Squat Thrusts
- 6 x Plyometric Push-ups
- 6 x Sprint Lunges
