Monday's Flow with Gina - Hips and Hams!

Gina is back with some chilled out, yoga-style vibes. Today she is paying special attention to the lower body by loosening the hips and stretching out the hamstrings. Most people are inherently tight in these areas due to modern lifestyle, which tends to involve more time sitting than our ancestors would have. Although, with that being said, tight hip flexors and hamstrings can also be a by-product of running or doing a lot of leg work in your fitness programming.
