Partner Social Distance Ladder!

Finally we have had the green light to go ahead and train with a buddy outdoors (albeit from a safe distance). With this in mind, today we are bringing you the first of a number of outdoor partner/team workouts that you can enjoy whilst maintaining social distancing. Wooo!!

Today's work out consists of a 9 minute partner ascending/descending ladder and you need absolutely no kit! Great for getting those lungs fired and shoulders pumped!

The Workout -

Part 1
Partner A does 1 x burpee whilst partner B holds a plank. They then swap except partner B now performs 2 x burpees. Then they swap again and partner B does 3 x burpees. Continue to increase the burpee reps every time you swap. Keep going for 4 minutes and record your highest round completed.

Rest x 1 min

Part 2
As above but in reverse!! Start at the highest number of burpees you reached in part 1 and work your way back down the ladder! The aim is to try and get back to the beginning before the 4 minutes is up! Good luck!
