Strength Fundamentals (Episode four)
So here we have Mike continuing with the next episode of his strength fundamentals series. Hopefully you are finding these videos really helpful as an accessory to your strength routines. In this episode, we look at shoulder strength/stability and working the obliques (the side of your core). There's also a cheeky leg endurance exercise which looks set to get your legs pumped and on fire!!

Who wants to learn to handstand?! It's a cool party trick that's for sure! Due to popular demand, handstands with Mike is back! Today's he's going to be giving us some handy hints and tips to help strengthen your shoulders and wrists. He's also looking at midline strength and keeping that handstand shape. Is life really better upside-down?? Give it a go and and find out!
Outdoor Partner Chipper workouts!
For today's socially distanced buddy workout, we have a partner chipper workout with Dave and Gina! The idea of a chipper is to work your way through all the reps of one exercise and then move on to the next set. Your aim is to get through all exercises as quickly as you can. As this is a partner workout you will get plenty of rest, so make sure you go all out when its your turn! Do this for 2 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds and see if you can go faster on your second time through.
Mobility with Mike - Episode 4
Welcome back to Mobility with Mike! In this session he's looking at helping us improve mobility in our toes, hips and shoulders through opening out our upper back and hips.
Mike emphasises that you should take your time in the movements and gradually explore the range of movement. It should be challenging but never painful!

Finally we have had the green light to go ahead and train with a buddy outdoors (albeit from a safe distance). With this in mind, today we are bringing you the first of a number of outdoor partner/team workouts that you can enjoy whilst maintaining social distancing. Wooo!!
