Tabata 2 - legs
Gina is back gifting us with the next workout in her Tabata series. Tabata workouts are perfect blast for when you are short on time!
In this video, the focus is on legs; everyone loves to train legs! And rightly so! They contain the largest muscle groups in the body there for as far as ‘bang for your buck” goes, leg workouts are the most effective for maximum calorie burn.
Partner Kettlebell Challenge
Today Dave and Gina go head to head in a partner kettlebell challenge. They must face 7 rounds of work with a one minute rest in between each round. But, the forfeit for the loser of each round is 3 burpees and therefore gets less rest.
The question is- who will be the champ?
