Foot Health - Go Barefoot!
Anyone who knows Mike, knows that he love the great outdoors; he's a massive advocate for holistic fitness and natural human movement.
This weekend he's been out enjoying the weather, adventuring on the moors with his lovely sidekick Laura and her family dog. In this video he talks about his footwear (barefoot shoes), why he loves them and the benefits of wearing them. Watch as he tackles different types of terrain and challenges his feet to the max.

Gina is back with some chilled out, yoga-style vibes. Today she is paying special attention to the lower body by loosening the hips and stretching out the hamstrings.
Max-out Power EMOM
It's a dull, rainy day in the Bargent household, but that's not going to stop him from getting his workout done! In his session today, the focus is on power and working until failure. The aim is to complete as many rounds as possible until you can no longer do anymore reps. Brutal!
Dave has set a target for you to complete 6-10 rounds. Can you do even more??
Handstands with Mike 5
We are over a month into our handstand practice now and we'd love to know who's been getting involved and how you are getting on? In this session, we work on improving our handstand shape by strengthening our wrists, core and shoulders. Check out the options that Mike offers throughout to make the movements easier or harder. Choose one that you can manage but still challenges you.
HIIT session with Dave!
It's time for another HIIT workout at Dave's place! Only one dumbbell or kettlebell is required and Dave recommends you choose a slightly heavier one than you usually would. So rather than a regular HIIT workout, there's more of a strength element in there.
